To be successful in this role, you will learn a deep understanding of the company's sales cycle and products. Self-confidence in approaching potential companies with cold calls is an advantage.
Responsibilities typically include
- Identify, call, and qualify prospects and convert into leads and opportunities
- Convert opportunities into sales to meet and exceed targets
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Understand and promote company's portfolio
- Keep customer records well maintained in CRM system
- Assist the sales team in typical daily tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field
- Experience in solution sales and sales of capital assets is a plus
- High enthusiasm about the manufacturing and ingredient automation industry
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- High confidence in speaking when making cold calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel for business purpose
