The role
As the Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing, you will drive strategic growth by selling full-funnel digital marketing solutions to brand partners across Southeast Asia. You'll own the commercial pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting to deal closure, and work closely with internal teams to design integrated, high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Your responsibilities include:
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with brands across key verticals (FMCG, telco, lifestyle, financial services, etc.)
- Build and manage a qualified commercial pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and forecast accuracy
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients — translating business objectives into full-funnel digital strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (strategy, media, content, and operations) to co-develop campaign proposals and execution plans
- Develop client presentations, proposals, and growth plans that align with brand objectives and market trends
- Leverage your industry network to unlock new opportunities and represent the company at industry events
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine go-to-market positioning and accelerate business growth
- Experience with selling digital marketing campaigns and strategies to brands.
Who we look for – the ideal profile:
- Min 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing or agency business development, a strong understanding of performance channels (TikTok, Meta, Google, Programmatic), and familiarity with MarTech and retail media ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategy and platforms (paid, owned, earned media)
- Proven success in building relationships with marketing decision-makers on the brand side and converting conversations into long-term partnerships.
- Strong network and connections across brand marketing decision-makers in the region
- Ability to build a pipeline and drive results independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, especially from scratch
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Data- and insights-driven mindset, comfortable working with performance metrics and campaign results
- Fluent in English
