Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to craft customized solutions for clients.
  • Attend business networking events and represent the company to build connections and enhance brand visibility.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in marketing or advertising is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent tools).
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
