Responsibilities

  • Working closely with C-Level Management to acquire development projects or get appointed for consultancy services and contractors.
  • Responsible for all aspects of development including cold calling, sourcing, screening potential projectsand follow up.
  • Analyze projects' potential; preparing contracts and attaining internal approval.
  • Responsible for surfacing potential opportunities for growth by adding new projects to our portfolio and services, including JSR total turnkey solution or consultancy services.
  • Seek out and build productive relationships with new and existing owners, hotel operators and other stakeholders to grow the portfolio.
  • Responsible for doing reports and presentations for communication with all stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve new project targets.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Partner with owner to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Actively pursue and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and foster lasting partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality, mix-used, residential, commercial and industrial development sector.
  • Analyse potential project and manage project, seeking for new partnership to expand new business.
  • Research finance and marketing technical to analysis the return of investment.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand the customer base and diversify service offerings in order to attract project owners, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal consulting partners and project teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Understand the feasibility studies and other necessary matters in order to extract the potential business direction.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, investment decks, and consulting solutions to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings to promote services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, CM or a related field.
  • Experience in the design, consulting and construction sector
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • At least 5 years in a property business development position.
  • Architect background is an advantage.
  • Hospitality background is a plus.
  • Highly developed analytical, negotiation and financial skills.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Culturally sensitive and adaptable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Must be fluent in English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Chinese language is a plus.
  • Willing to travel domestic and overseas.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
