Your main role is to:
Payroll Management
- Responsible for payroll calculation for over 22,000 employees, including monthly, daily, and subcontract workers.
- Strong knowledge of statutory deductions such as Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Security (SSO), Provident Fund (PVD), Employee Welfare Fund (EWF), Student Loan, and Legal Execution.
- Proficient in time attendance management, including shift scheduling, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Legal & Compliance
- Support external and internal audit, such as Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
- Basical understanding of Labor Protection Act (LPA) and related employment laws.
Ad-hoc Projects in 2026
- Global Payroll System Implementation: Responsible for logic setup, system testing, and data migration of existing payroll records.
- Global Time Attendance System Implementation: Involved in logic setup, system testing, and data migration from the legacy system.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum degree in Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 - 8 years of working knowledge and experience in HR & Payroll Solutions.
- Excellent in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Knowledge of personal tax and social security regulation is a must.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in Thai and English.
- Skilled in data analysis such as variance analysis (e.g., compare difference between payroll cycles or across years). And salary structure or cost analysis.
- Develop and implement solutions in response to policy and regulatory changes.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Be able to work under pressure and moving growth environment
