Job Description

  • Responsible in the section of organized rules and labor legislation, such as, Labor law, Labor Relations Law, Alien or Migrant Employee Law, Social Security Law, Disability Law, PDPA Law and others, and also to work with the personnel management system to make more effective of company's objectives by following

responsibilities.

  • Recruiting the employee by organization structure
  • Training and developing the capability of the employee
  • Responsible on employee wage
  • Responsible on employee relations
  • Responsible on employee welfare
  • Licenses renewal with government agencies
  • Responsible on foreign workers, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodian
  • Managing the structure of company's organization
  • Preparing quality managing system document of Personnel department
  • Others duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • At least 7 years experience in HR and Personnel
  • Abilities on Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication in English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Service minded
  • Being hard-working, honest, and patient
