  1. Bachelor's degree in any related filed_ Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP and PSM
  2. At least 8 years' experience as HR and Admin in factory (must have experience in factory in current job)
  3. Strong knowledge and experience in HR management especially labor issue of manufacturing company
  4. Experience in position level as assistant manager or manager
  5. Able to use HRIS (Tiger soft program)
  6. Good communication and negotiation skill-Friendly and service mine
