Sales Manager

Main Responsibility:
1. New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with key players in the Thai automotive market.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and after-sales support.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and market penetration plan for Thailand, aligned with the company's global objectives.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at major automotive OEMs (e.g., Toyota, Honda, Isuzu, MG) and Tier-1 suppliers.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Thailand. Provide timely feedback and reports to the management team.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and profitability margins.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Product Development, Quality, and Logistics to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Qualification:
1. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry, specifically with components or systems.
Demonstrable experience and an existing network within the Thai automotive sector (OEMs and/or Tier-1 suppliers) is essential.
Experience in technical sales and understanding of automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF is highly desirable.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Good command of English communication
