Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual sales plans and strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Team Management
Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Provide on-the-job training and ensure continuous skill development.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure long-term business growth.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Adjust sales strategies to ensure achievement of targets.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with Marketing, R&D, and other departments to develop promotional activities and product launches.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products/services.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
