Job Responsibilities:

  • Record, confirm, amend, and cancel trade details in the system based on client instructions.
  • Check customers' securities holdings and cash balances.
  • Prepare fail trades / alleged trades.
  • Prepare payment transactions through the system.
  • Prepare letters, forms, and documents within the required cut-off time.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with some work experience.
  • Good attitude and a careful, detail-oriented working style.
  • Good understanding of English (reading and writing).
  • Proficient in computer usage, especially Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and typing.
  • Basic knowledge of calculations.
  • Able to handle workload and willing to work overtime.
