Senior Administrative Officer

Responsibiltities:
- Procurement & Document Management: Manage and verify the end-to-end procurement cycle in Oracle, including Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Invoices, and Credit Notes (CN).
- Project & Sales Administration: Initiate new projects and Sales Orders in the system, maintain agreement records in shared drives, and provide project opening reports to the Accounting department.
- Project Cost Control & Billing: Monitor project costs, coordinate with the Sales team for timely invoicing, and manage the project closure process (Closing WIP/Projects) with accurate monthly reporting.
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Financial Accuracy: Verify payment documentation and ensure precise debt recording within the Oracle AP Module, maintaining data integrity and meeting all financial deadlines.
- Vendor Management & Compliance: Oversee vendor registration and performance evaluations. Ensure all operations comply with ISO quality standards, including preparing summary reports for management.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Serve as a central liaison between Sales, Accounting, and other internal units to ensure smooth information flow and organized documentation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, IT or related fields.
- At least 5 year's experience in Admin position such as Administrative Officer, Sales Coordinator or Accountant Admin
- Experience in Oracle will be advantage
- Able to work under pressure with very good skills in presentation, negotiation, communication and analytical Skill
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Good command of English Communication
