Job Summary

Responsible for leading and managing overall Human Resources strategy and operations across all brands under the group. The Group HR Manager plays a key role in workforce planning, people development, and organizational alignment to support business growth and foster a strong company culture across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the business goals.


• Manage and lead the HR team to effectively support all brands under the group.


• Plan and oversee workforce planning and organizational structure design for each brand.


• Supervise recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure talent quality and retention.


• Design and manage fair and competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.


• Develop and implement performance management systems (KPI, appraisal, and feedback processes).


• Oversee employee training, career development, and succession planning.


• Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement across all brands.


• Provide guidance on labor law compliance and employee relations.


• Collaborate closely with brand management to plan HR strategies supporting future expansion.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.


• Minimum 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in F&B or service industry.


• Strong understanding of HR Planning, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.


• Strategic thinker with the ability to work closely with senior executives.


• Adaptable and able to manage diverse brand cultures under one group.
