Group HR – Learning & Development (L&D)

Miracle Group Hotels — one of Thailand's leading hospitality brands, operating premium hotels, airport lounges, and restaurants at Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang International Airports — is seeking a dynamic and passionate Group HR – Learning & Development professional to join our growing corporate team.

About the Role

As the Group HR Learning & Development lead, you will play a key role in shaping our people development culture across all properties under Miracle Group. You will design and implement training programs that empower our teams to deliver service excellence, strengthen leadership capability, and support the group's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement group-wide L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct training needs analysis and build annual learning plans for each property
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for operations, service, and leadership levels
  • Partner with department heads and hotel GMs to identify skill gaps and drive performance improvement initiatives
  • Manage onboarding programs, internal trainers, and e-learning systems
  • Oversee succession planning and career development frameworks
  • Monitor training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and talent growth across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience designing and facilitating training for multi-property or group-level organizations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both Thai and English
  • Creative, energetic, and passionate about developing people
