We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions and support the company's long-term growth. This role is responsible for HR strategy, people development, organizational planning, and fostering a strong and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Team Management
- Plan team structure and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Support team members in enhancing HR-related skills and professional growth.
Organization Structure & Workforce Planning
- Design organization structure and manpower planning (short-term and long-term).
- Assess manpower needs and ensure the workforce aligns with business direction.
Recruitment & Selection
- Develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and select suitable candidates.
- Coordinate closely with department heads to fulfill hiring needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage salary structure, bonus schemes, and employee benefits aligned with market standards.
- Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution as needed.
Training & Development
- Design annual training plans (Soft & Hard Skills).
- Evaluate training outcomes and manage in-house training programs such as Basic Sales, Styling, Visual Merchandising, Leadership, etc.
- Conduct pre and post-training assessments to measure effectiveness.
Performance Management
- Design and implement performance evaluation systems (KPI, 360°, MBO).
- Provide guidance to managers on goal setting and performance reviews.
- Maintain performance data for promotions, salary adjustments, and development programs.
Labor Law Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Provide legal guidance and prepare documentation for any legal processes.
Organization Development (OD)
- Promote a positive corporate culture focusing on teamwork, communication, attendance, and performance behaviors.
- Manage employee relations including grievance handling, conflict mediation, and creating a healthy work environment.
HR Information Management
- Oversee employee databases including contracts, employment records, promotions, leave, and payroll-related information.
- Ensure systematic data management and reporting.
Strategic HR Management
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support executives in strategic initiatives such as talent management and organizational planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience from working as an HR Manager or similar role; experience in the retail or fashion business will be an advantage.
- Proficient in HR Software, Accounting Systems, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong understanding of HR technology (HRM, performance systems).
- Strong commercial awareness and business understanding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to collaborate with both management and frontline staff.
- Highly adaptable, able to work under pressure, and comfortable with fast-paced changes.
