Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements test procedures for evaluating materials, work-in-process, and finished products
  • Conducts technological transfer from the R&D laboratory scale to commercial scale by meeting with all concerned departments
  • Conducts project research and development on new products, which includes testing and laboratory analysis of raw materials and finished products
  • Implements research programs in accordance with company's overall objectives and business strategies
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the office, laboratory and facilities
  • Participates in new product commercial production test run with production
  • Initiates and attends to change requests on Finished Product Specifications, Formula Specification, Marketing Specification, and Raw Material Specification

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/ Food Science /Biotechnology or related fields
  • 5 years work experience in Food Processing Industry
  • Knowledge in Food Technology or Biotechnology
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Good in English both in written and communication
