Your Opportunity: Be the Force Multiplier for our CEO

We are looking for a world-class Executive Assistant in Hua Hin to act as the trusted partner and "right hand" to our Co-Founder and CEO. This is a unique, high-impact role that blends high-level executive support for a global business with essential personal support for the CEO and his family as they relocate to Thailand and navigate daily life for the first time here.

You will be the central hub, the ultimate problem-solver, and the key to ensuring the CEO's professional and personal life run seamlessly. This role is perfect for a highly resourceful, empathetic, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and finds joy in making a tangible difference.

What You Will Do:

This is a hybrid role with two core areas of responsibility:

1. Professional Executive Support

  • Mastermind the Schedule:
    Act as the gatekeeper for the CEO's time, managing a complex international calendar, prioritizing meetings, and resolving conflicts.
  • Orchestrate Global Travel:
    Manage all aspects of complex international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries selecting best options within budgets stipulated.
  • Drive Meeting & Project Efficiency:
    Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for key meetings; take accurate minutes and proactively track all action items to completion.
  • Manage Communications:
    Monitor the CEO's inbox, draft professional correspondence, and ensure timely responses to all stakeholders.
  • Handle Administration:
    Process expense reports, manage corporate files and personal computer business files, and handle special projects as assigned by the CEO.

2. Personal & Relocation Support

  • Be the Gateway to Thailand:
    Act as the primary local resource for the CEO and his family as they settle into life in Thailand with two young children.
  • Manage Relocation Logistics:
    Assist with finding housing, coordinating with real estate agents, setting up utilities, opening bank accounts, and navigating local bureaucracy.
  • Support the Family:
    Proactively research and coordinate essential family needs, such as identifying schools/nurseries, finding healthcare providers (doctors, dentists), and organizing family activities.
  • Bridge the Language Gap:
    Provide informal translation and cultural guidance, assisting the family (who speak English, French, and Hebrew) in navigating appointments and daily life where Thai is required.
  • Oversee Household & Personal Life:
    Assist with managing household vendors, scheduling personal appointments, and handling general life administration to free up the CEO's time.

  • CEO's Time Maximized:
    The CEO's schedule is optimized, and he is fully prepared for all meetings and commitments.
  • Flawless Execution:
    Administrative, travel, and logistical tasks are completed with 100% accuracy and foresight.
  • Smooth Family Transition:
    The CEO's family feels supported, and their relocation to Thailand is as seamless and stress-free as possible.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving:
    You anticipate needs before they arise and present solutions, not problems.
  • Absolute Trust & Discretion:
    You handle all confidential business and personal information with the utmost integrity.

Who You Are:

  • An Experienced EA:
    You have
    5+ years of experience
    as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff, supporting international C-level executives.
  • The Ultimate Local Resource:
    You are based in Bangkok or Hua Hin and have deep, on-the-ground knowledge of both cities, services, and how to get things done efficiently in Thailand.
  • A Bilingual Communicator:
    You are fluent in both Thai and English (written and spoken) at a professional level. Fluency or proficiency in French or Hebrew is an advantage.
  • Incredibly Organized:
    You are a master of organization, prioritization, and multitasking in detail. Nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    You are highly proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern communication tools.
  • Empathetic & Resilient:
    You have high emotional intelligence, remain calm under pressure, and approach challenges with a positive, can-do attitude and energy.
  • The Ultimate Problem-Solver:
    You are resourceful, creative, and relentless in finding solutions.
