Brand & Marketing Communication Manager – Consumer Health

We are looking for a driven, result-focused Brand & Marketing Communication Manager to lead consumer communication and business growth across our multi-brand portfolio of consumer health and functional personal care products—sold across retail, pharmacy, and online channels.

This is a key role for someone who loves to create impactful communication, understand consumer needs deeply, and help bring new products to life through cross-functional leadership.

You will work closely with Marketing Director and lead communication across all consumer touchpoints to build awareness, strengthen preference, and drive sales performance.


What You Will Do

  • Lead communication across all consumer touch points in all channels: advertising, digital, social , PR, influencers, and retail communication incl. in-store/pharmacy, POSM
  • Create strong briefs , guide and work closely with agencies to deliver impactful, consumer-driven work
  • Identify consumer insights and turn them into ideas that drive business opportunities
  • Lead marketing-side NPD projects (concept → claims → packaging → launch)
  • Work cross-functionally with sales & trade marketing, R&D, regulatory, supply chain,
  • Monitor results and recommend actions that improve brand and business performance

Who We're Looking For

  • More than 10 years' experience in brand marketing, communication with NPD experience.
  • Background in consumer health, pharmaceutical , personal care, or FMCG is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication development & agency management experience
  • Proven ability to drive commercial results through communication
  • Data-driven, insight-led, and comfortable managing multiple brands
  • A proactive, driven marketer who enjoys leading projects end-to-end
