Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and business-minded Commercial R&D Senior Officer to bridge the gap between product innovation and market needs. You'll play a key role in transforming functional ingredients like Thai Amaranth into customer-ready solutions by combining technical knowledge with executional excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing products that are both scientifically sound and commercially viable. You'll be at the center of product development, cross-functional coordination, and execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product R&D & Innovation

  2. Develop, refine, and document ingredient and product prototypes

  3. Translate technical insights into clear benefits for sales, marketing, and partners

  4. Coordinate with production and packaging for pilot to scale-up transfer

  5. Commercial Development

  6. Co-develop GTM strategies, pricing logic, and technical selling points

  7. Support sales meetings with credible scientific and customer-aligned input

  8. Prepare samples, documentation, and custom solutions for prospects

  9. Project & Process Management

  10. Manage timelines and deliverables across R&D and BD

  11. Maintain internal clarity on priorities, blockers, and next steps

  12. Own key trackers (sample pipeline, lead feedback, formulation requests)

  13. Execution Support to Head of BU

  14. Act as thought partner and execution anchor for fast-moving projects

  15. Preempt gaps, provide options, and ensure follow-through
  16. Bring clarity to chaos — create structure that drives focus

Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in food science, food tech, or a related technical field
  • Business-minded: understands value props, customer needs, and margins
  • Process thinker: organizes chaos into checklists, flows, and dashboards
  • Communicative: excellent written and verbal clarity in both Thai and English
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with confidence to communicate across global teams
  • Highly self-driven: proactive, reliable, and fully accountable
  • Curious and commercial: asks smart questions, digs for insights, and thinks "deal"
  • Digital-native: confident with Google Workspace, CRM, and AI tools

Working Schedule :Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00
