Sr. Associate, Sales Account Management

**Job Title**:Sr. Associate, Sales Account Management (Local Modern Trade, Northeast area)
**Location**:Bangkok 1 month after that locate in Northeast area
**Department**:Sales Operation - Sales
**Summary**:
As a Sr. Associate, Sales Account Management (Local Modern Trade) - you will be responsible for all Sales Strategies in responsible of key account for local modern trade in lower area northeast.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Achieve GSV target including revenue (NSV >N) and other KPI targets.
- Manage key accounts (LMT&C&C) to maintain good relationship and smoothness of the overall process.
- Perform sales activities, promotion in key responsible accounts, negotiate and ensure sales price and discounts compliance.
- Manage trade spending effectively based on annual trade agreement and company.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- Manage product inventory level effectively in key responsible accounts.
- Provide monthly sales performance and business result assessments of sales data.
- Contributing quarterly business review and ensuring customer complying contract requirements.
- Work and collaborates with commercial team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Constantly monitor and evaluate the company and competitor’s performance.
- Work closely with field execution team to ensure activities are implemented.
**Required Skills / Experience / Competencies**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in General Trade sales preferably in FMCG environment.
- Sales experience in NE (Issan) is preferred.
- Direct experience in managing LMT & C&C would be advantage.
- Strong Selling and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding in modern trade dynamics, market trend and channel management.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret and utilize data for business insights.
- Strong presentation skill & Microsoft Office proficiency.
**Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies**:
- Analytical & result driven.
- Computer literacy in MS Excel is a must.
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good command English both spoken and written.
- Team player
