- ** Job Description**:

- Management of Quality Control and Quality Assurance in process.
- Management of New product design.
- Management of Quality of Raw material.
- Management of Customer technical service include claim/complaint.
- Communicating with customers on quality related matter.
- Analyzing and reporting customer complaints.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to reduce customer complaints.
- Writing and implementing quality documents, such as control plans, work instructions, forms, etc.
- Supporting related internal division on quality related matters.
- Handling supplier and customer PPAP process
- Handling weekly/monthly quality meeting with related divisions.
- Being an auditor for the internal quality audits.
- Performing other duties assigned by your supervisor.
- ** Requirement**:

- Age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge in ISO9001, IATF16949.
- Experience of Quality Control, Quality Assurance above 10 years.
- Experience in Management level above 5 years, those who have work experience in automobile parts manufacturing or automobile manufacturing companies are preferable.
- Have knowledge and experience with using measuring equipment such as Vernier, calipers, micrometers.
- Have knowledge and experience with using core quality tools to investigate such as Why - Why analysis, Fishbone, 8D, and report issues.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and dealing with customer issues.
- Good communication skills, Supervisory skill and able to work under high pressure.
- Good command in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: Thai, English
- ** Working Hour**: 8.00 ~ 17.00
- ** Holiday**: Holidays: 95 days per year including every Sunday, public holidays, and Saturdays (based on every
other week in principle)
