- ** Job Description**:

- Manage the purchasing department and other procurement tasks To be in accordance with the goals and policies set
- Manage the purchasing process and determine the purchasing policy to meet the goals of the organization accurately, completely and transparently
- Negotiate with partners to get quality products including effective cost management
- Coordinating with supplier for delivery of goods and follow up with Supplier to deliver products according to the amount and time specified.
- Handle the process of ordering materials, equipment, products, office supplies according to the approved budget and control the quantity of products to be within the specified criteria
- Supervise the preparation of purchase orders (P/Os) for materials, equipment, tools, equipment and uniforms required for offices and branches, and update information in case of changes.
- Quotation documents Contract Management and other documents related
- Coordinate with internal and external departments In order to complete the operation in accordance with the requirements agreed with the Supplier
- Prepare the department's annual plan and budget
- Follow quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, HALAL and other quality systems that are provided in the future.
- Assess supplier's risk and prepare annual supplier audit plan together with QA
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing Manager position
- Working under pressure and have high responsibility
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of various quality systems strongly
- Good command in English
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: None
- ** Working Hour**: 0800 ~ 17:00
- ** Holiday**: Work Monday - Friday (2 Saturday and every Sunday off) some positions
