- Communicating with customers on quality related matter.
- Analyzing and reporting customer complaints.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to reduce customer complaints.
- Writing and implementing quality documents, such as control plans, work instructions, forms, etc.
- Supporting related internal division on quality related matters.
- Handling supplier and customer PPAP process (New model)
- Handling weekly/monthly quality meeting with related divisions.
- Being an auditor for the internal quality audits.
- Performing other duties assigned by supervisor and management.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relative field.
- ISO9001/ IATF16949 knowledge.
- At least 5 years experienced in quality control or quality assurance function.
- Experience with using measuring equipment such as Vernier, calipers, micrometers.
- Experience the problem solving analysis by using 5M1E, 5Why, FTA, 8D, etc.
- Experience with 7 QC tools (Pareto diagram, C&E Diagram, Fishbone diagram, Graph, Check sheet, Histogram, control chart)
- Experience with IATF core tools process for automotive business (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
- Experience to conduct customer meeting and take minute meeting with customer issues
- Experience ERP system ( SAP GUI ) if applicable, will be considered
- Able to negotiate with customer to find the best solution (interim and corrective action)
- Good communicate and collaborate with internal section and cross functional team
- Good in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
