**Job Detail**:

- QC Assistant Manager (50K-80K) (SDG-93183)
- ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ- 1. Supplier Quality Management
- 2. Documentation and Control
- 3. APQP New Product first article run and report (supplier)
- 4. Monitoring and manage In-Coming; In-Process and Outgoing Performance (supplier)
- 5. Handling of Customer Complain
- 6. Parts Approval Submission (Production part approval process)
- 7. IMDS Submission (International Material Data Sheet)
- 8. Conduct evaluation run study (supplier)
- 9. Manage Quality Control Plan, FMEA & Process Flow Diagram (supplier)
- 10. Statistical process control study (supplier)
- a. Manage Quality as Clients product for the item produced in 3rd party in Thailand.
- b. Handle Quality issue about all Clients product in between Customer and sister companies
- i. Care, discuss, negotiate about quality issues with our customer’s quality Dept.
- ii. Decision to order 3rd party sorting team (company) if it necessary. Also manage them and data.
- iii. Communicate Quality team in Clients group companies.
- iv. Communicate Customer, Clients Sales and Customer success team to gather, prepare necessary information
- c. Visit and/or locate 3rd party supplier to check Quality under Client standard
- d. Visit customer to communicate, pick sample, etc. about quality matter
- e. Visit sister companies in Singapore, China, etc. to discuss, learn Clients
- f. Supporting sales team such as to find and provide 2D/3D drawings, etc.- Other tasks as assigned
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 50 years old- Bachelor's degree in any major (Electrical degree is preferred)
- At least 5 years of working experience as QA/QC staff in Manufacturing company
- Conversational High level of English- Working experience as QC/QA in an automotive parts company
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949
- Working experience as handing 8D report which deals with claim from customer and supplier
- Basic knowledge of injection molding

- Workplace Area: Ban Chang, Mueang Pathum Thani
- Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri *Saturday work may be required depends on supplier's situation.(In that case, there will be a compensatory day off))

- 7. การส่ง IMDS (เอกสารข้อมูลวัสดุระหว่างประเทศ)
- 8. ดำเนินการศึกษาประเมินผล (ซัพพลายเออร์)
- 9. จัดการแผนควบคุมคุณภาพ FMEA และแผนภาพผังกระบวนการ (ซัพพลายเออร์)
- 10. การศึกษาการควบคุมกระบวนการทางสถิติ (ซัพพลายเออร์)
- a. จัดการสินค้า Quality as Clients สำหรับสินค้าที่ผลิตโดยบุคคลที่สามในประเทศไทย
- b. จัดการปัญหาคุณภาพเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของลูกค้าทั้งหมดระหว่างลูกค้าและบริษัทในเครือ
- ฉัน. ดูแล พูดคุย เจรจาปัญหาคุณภาพกับฝ่ายคุณภาพของลูกค้า
- ii. การตัดสินใจสั่งซื้อทีมคัดแยกบุคคลภายนอก (บริษัท) หากจำเป็น จัดการพวกเขาและข้อมูลด้วย
- สาม. สื่อสารทีมงานคุณภาพในกลุ่มลูกค้าบริษัท
