Assistant Production Manager

The Assistant Production Manager will help us overseeing production of FTC and Sealed Air; by having in-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control program management ; targeting to the world class manufacturing. Why we need you?
With your degree in operations management/ Engineering / or any other relate field, you will help manufacture sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand as well as select and measure raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
Your strong leadership and managerial attributes will help us in handling training and performance evaluation of operations team to ensure that employees meet the company’s requirements and perform their own advantages.
Your knowledge in QMS systems such as ISO9001 and ISO14000 is an added advantage in helping us to ensure excellent product quality, on time delivery and good production efficiency.
Your extensive years of experience in managing manufacturing operations will help us in resolving issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations as well as ensuring set Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved through proper control of entire production process.
Your knowledge in SAP system and MS Office tools will help us to ensure all checklist & reports in production are properly complete by various personnel & reviewed on a timely basis.
Your excellent communications skills in English and interpersonal skills will help us bring harmonious relationship among the team. What are our core values?
