**A DAY IN THE LIFE**:

- To ensure that factory machineries and services are all efficient and safe for the production, through proper maintenance of machineries and training of employees.
- To prepare and implement investment for the Factory.
- To control assets and property of the Company.
- Involved in the factory management to set the factory objectives in line with the Cooperate target and cascade them into departmental objectives, then sectional and individual objectives.
- Monitor and Control via KPIs & routine reports in order to ensure that all target and objectives are best met.
- Ensure that utility machineries and services including manufacturing apparatus, allow efficient, quality, safe and optimal production and performance.
- Ensure that utilities (excluding power supply) are supply on time, with the right quality and within the budget.
- Minimise environmental impacts of factory operations, in line with policies, standards and legislations.
- Proactively improve the operational efficiency and capacity utilisation. Support the factory engineers and co-ordinate with the Engineer in the preparation of the M&R budget.
- Manage the maintenance practices of the Industrial Services to follow the CDM Strategy.

**ARE YOU A FIT?**:

- 7+ years experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, M&I or equivalent positions)
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, Chemical, Process engineer or equivalence
- Experience in managing & supervising team member.
- Proficient level of communication in English
