Opn's vision is to enable access to the digital economy for everyone. The Partnership team under Business Development is responsible for fostering relationships with financial partners who are the backbone of Opn Payments business and other non-financial partners to achieve the company's business objectives and values.

The Business Development Executive in the Partnership team will help develop and manage relationships with financial partners, including card networks, banks, and non-banks. You will grow and expand the company's product and service offerings by engaging with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and assessing business impacts. You will work with external stakeholders from different backgrounds and liaise internally with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product Development, Project Management, and others.

**What you will be doing**:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnership initiatives between the company and external partners such as card networks, banks, and non-banks
- Develop and perform partnership pitches and other materials to effectively communicate the value of the company's offerings to prospective partners
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners to ensure alignment and understanding of the company's priority
- Engage in the partner selection process, commercial negotiation, value assessment, and partnership agreement to achieve the company's business objectives and values
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product Development, and Project Management to drive successful partnership outcomes
- Foster relationships and maintain a partnership calendar to keep the company on top of changes and new opportunities in existing and new markets
- Act as an escalation point to identify key stakeholders to maintain uninterrupted business operations
- Track and report on the success of partnerships, providing insights and business impacts to senior leadership on partnership initiatives to perform business decisions
- Strategically review partners' business portfolios with the company to ensure cost optimization and business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that may impact the company's partnership strategy

**You**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or any other related fields
- 1-3 years experience in business development, relationship/account management, or partnership, preferably in banking, fintech, or software development
- Strong understanding of digital payments, product development, or technology services industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels
- Well-organized thinking process, problem-solving skills that result in practical and effective solutions, scale mindset (setting short to medium-term direction), and focus on business impact and values
- Sense of urgency, ability to transition between work streams based on given priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Approachable and pleasant personality.
