**Job Purpose**:
**Assistant Officer, Administration** is required to provide reliable and high quality administrative and secretarial support and office services to staff in the section.
**Key Accountabilities (1)**:
- Keep and maintain database and document filing system.
- Take care of incoming and outgoing documents, ensure that all correspondences are registered as per PTTEP procedure for further reference.
- Distribute or circulate section and/or company documents as requested.
- Draft correspondence, follow up requests and documents sent for information and approval.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties in the arrangement of meetings, trainings, seminars and business trips including facilities and accommodation booking and prepare relevant documents for information and approval
**Key Accountabilities (2)**:
- Maintain and ensure availability of section’s stationary / equipment in stock to be ready for use at all times
- Perform business transaction e.g. expense clearing, purchase order, service order, invoice verification as request.
- Assist in section’s special assignment e.g. budget preparation
**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in administrative and/or secretarial work
- Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC Score Requirement : 400)
- Ability to operate PC efficiently
- Good interpersonal skill, service-minded and mature
- Ability to work under pressure and solve unexpected problems in an appropriate manners
