**Key Accountabilities**:
**Client Service**
- Client involvement on key pieces of business as assigned
- Helping AM teams deliver better Client Service, trouble shoot or think out of the box for Clients

**Operations**
- Implementing process improvements for AM team & monitoring advertising campaigns, workflow and updated information
- Looks across the department for innovation, best practices and shares across teams
- Develop campaign optimization and effectiveness processes ensuring ROI is achieved
- Management of key technical vendors across ad management, rich media, inventory management, traffic management and revenue management in conjunction.
- Display rate card recommendations
- Provide timely feedback and performance evaluation to team members and monitor individual and team performance.
- Work with employees to create and execute individual KPI”s and development plans
- Hands-on assistance to Sales Managers

**Media Operation Reporting**
- Develop and manage inventory availability reports
- Develop and manage yield reports across, premium, performance and remnant inventory
- Develop client facing reporting for both internal and external use
- Overall Ad ops management business reporting reports
- And other related as assigned.

The Senior Media Operations is responsible for HOD of Media and Media team members in the preparation, implementation and management of digital media campaigns. This position is essential in the day-to-day running of the Media department and designated accounts. This position requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. Senior Media Operations is expected to be resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to participate in advanced projects.
