We are seeking a highly motivated, independent and creative Social Media Executive / Senior Executive to join our team and support the PIP Revolution movement in Thailand.

As a Social Media Executive / Senior Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, writing captivating copy, and crafting effective marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to drive brand awareness, attract new members, and ensure that our marketing efforts align with our overall business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and moderate our social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Discord. This involves monitoring and responding to user engagement, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Craft effective social media content and ads that drive conversions.
- Create viral videos and attention-grabbing content for social media platforms that showcase our community and attract new members. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging videos that ignite conversations and encourage people to join our community.
- Write creative and compelling copy that grabs attention and keeps it. This includes crafting captivating captions, headlines, and descriptions for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, blog articles, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure that our social media campaigns are aligned with our overall business goals. You will continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Support the PIP Revolution movement in the country by actively promoting its objectives, values, and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in a professional capacity.

Demonstrated ability to create creative viral content and engage online communities.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in a compelling and concise manner.

Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ฿32,000.00 - ฿124,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
