What is your mission?
- Address all business enquiries from clients who are interested to avail of our solution strategies, addressing any recruitment concerns, payroll, compensation and benefits as well as other general questions across all regions.
- Maintain responsibility over open tickets in Web Chat Support tool.
- Mine leads or prospect clients through different online platforms to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in CRM tools and Microsoft office.
- Showcases reliability and the ability to work in a high profile position with mínimal supervision and management.
- Ability to solve problems proactively with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
