**Position**: Chief People Officer (200-300K) Manufacturing
We are looking for Chief People Officer (CPO) for a manufacturing company, your role would involve overseeing all aspects of human resources management and talent development within the organization. You would be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain a skilled and engaged workforce.

**Responsibilities**:
**Employee Relations**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly. Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. Handle employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.

**Performance Management**: Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance to managers on effectively managing employee performance and development.

**Training and Development**: Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce. Implement employee development initiatives, such as mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.

**Compensation and Benefits**: Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Ensure competitive salary structures, employee benefits packages, and incentive programs are in place.

**Compliance and Policies**: Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and organizational objectives.

**Change Management**: Lead change initiatives and support the organization through periods of transition or restructuring. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers during change processes.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**: A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. Extensive experience (8+ years) in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, is essential. Previous experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.

**HR Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is necessary. Familiarity with labor relations, collective bargaining agreements (if applicable), and workforce planning is beneficial. Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies can be an advantage.

**Strategic Thinking**: Strong strategic and analytical skills are important for developing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. The ability to anticipate future talent needs, identify skill gaps, and create proactive solutions is crucial.

**Communication and Relationship Building**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for building relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. You should be able to effectively communicate HR policies, engage with stakeholders, and handle employee concerns.

**Leadership and Team Management**: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team, are vital. Experience in managing a diverse HR team, including recruitment, training, and performance management, is valuable.

**Change Management and Adaptability**: Manufacturing environments often experience rapid changes and evolving technologies. The ability to manage change, adapt to new circumstances, and promote a culture of innovation is important.

**Ethical Conduct**: As a senior HR executive, you should demonstrate high ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and ensure fairness and equity in all HR practices.
