Our client is a public construction company limited that has been operating for the last 30 years, providing quality construction, and expertise in innovation, and technology. The company has various projects such as high-rise condominiums, community malls, office buildings, and buildings in the university.
**Description**
- Working closely with the CEO and executive team to set company strategy and direction.
- Overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the business, including but not limited to procurement, HR, IT Support, Facilities, and Office Support.
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality across all departments.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Driving growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
- Cultivating and providing opportunities for rising talent within the organization.
- Acting as a liaison between the executive team and the rest of the company.
- Providing input for business and strategic planning.
- Understanding of business functions (HR, Administrative, etc.).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Having experience in a large size company.
**Requirements**:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of business operations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas for improvement.
- 10-15+ years of experience in a senior HR management position and partnering with an executive team.
- Proven experience as a Chief Administrative Officer or similar role with at least 10 years of experience
- Efficient knowledge and working process with Construction Public Company Limited is a plus.
- High level of written and oral communication skills, Proactive and Leadership skills.
