**About the role**
**We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-centered Head of HR to lead and develop our HR function. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the people strategy, driving a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that HR operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our organization’s vision and values.
**What you will be doing**
- Lead the HR department in delivering outstanding service across the full employee lifecycle.
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management strategies.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all relevant labor laws and support a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
- Champion staff wellbeing and professional development across all departments.
- Manage HR systems, contracts, payroll coordination, and employee data in a confidential and efficient manner.
- Support organizational change, growth, and development with a forward-thinking HR approach.

Who we are looking for:_**
- Excellent written and oral English skills.
- Strong familiarity with HR systems including Applicant Tracking System and Performance Management System
- Expertise in Rewards management, budgeting and payroll will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of legal policies and labor laws in Thailand.
- Experience in leading a small HR team is an advantage.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive employee relations.
- Friendly and collaborative, with a business partnering mindset
- Positive attitude and enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment.
