**You will** - Manages IT supply capabilities including planning, budgeting, resourcing, in line with Allianz Technology processes, aligning them with its customers’ planning cycles. - Prepares and handles all customer interactions on a management level; responsible for regular account meetings with the OEs and involvement of respective IT functions for programs and production issues, knowledgeable of all current and upcoming services, accountable for coordinating all delivery activities, ensuring service quality and adherence to the approved business case, timelines and budgets. - Works with the regional Head of IT Asia by managing the relationship with designated OEs; escalates when needed; is the owner of the agenda and the planning between the OE and the CTO; tracks actuals against plan, coordinates corrective actions when needed; coordinates knowledge transfer between headquarter and other branches. - Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Thailand BMP program (Core Insurance Platform) and execution of GEARSHIFT Transformation program for Application Service transition. - Responsible for the Customer derived P&L, i.e. Revenues and P&L of all AZ Technology services delivered to the OE along with other commercial activities. - Sets priorities jointly with the Head of IT Asia and global leadership to serve Thailand customers to their satisfaction; monitors and reports on status, anticipates changes & risks, proactively proposes items for improvement and follows-up to ensure delivery is on time and within budget. - Delivers transformation projects with accountability toward the customer for the overall delivery of the IT roadmap and stability of production services. - Integrates and manages customer legacy systems including driving decommissioning and harmonizing according to the transformation plans. Responsible for the replacement of legacy with target Group solutions. - Coordinates with the respective global IT functions to define the nature and scope of the present and future products and services by reviewing product specifications and requirements, proposes product modifications and changes and is accountable to implement IT transformation together with the client. - Supports corporate governance and audit and makes sure the service is provided to OEs/customers in a manner compliant with internal Allianz policies and external regulation. **Your skills** - 15+ Years of experience, with a focus on IT and general management. Strong knowledge of the insurance industry a distinct advantage. - Technical skills - Strong understanding of Insurance Industry Operations and IT opportunities along the value chain; knowledge of Insurance Business strategy, challenges, and regulatory specifics of Asia main markets. - Good working knowledge of ITSM and related tools and processes.
