Youtap is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to lead our hiring and onboarding efforts for our new establishment in Thailand

**About Us**: Youtap is a global leader in digital commerce and mobile financial services solutions. As we set our sights on Thailand, we're seeking a talented and driven Senior HR Manager to be at the forefront of our expansion. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the foundation of our Thailand team across project management, software development, product management, and management functions.

**Requirements**:
Your role will be responsible for:

- **Talent Acquisition**: Craft and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in project management, software development, product management, and management roles.
- **Onboarding Excellence**: Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that immerse new hires into our culture, values, and role-specific training, ensuring a seamless transition.
- **Collaboration**: Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs and expectations, and create tailored hiring plans.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous enhancement of our recruitment and onboarding processes based on metrics and industry best practices.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and guide a team of HR professionals to collectively achieve hiring and onboarding goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record in HR management roles, especially in recruitment and onboarding, ideally within the technology or IT sector and with an international company.
- You may have worked for a Bank, Digital Wallet Provider or Large System Integrator
- Adept at Thai labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing HR teams
- Proficiency in the use of HR software tools
- Strategic mindset aligned with business objectives
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to report to the Youtap head office in their timezone.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Thai
