**Role & Responsibilities**

We are looking for the Head of HR to help us with the following:

- Manage the annual people processes ensuring that appropriate plans are in place for managing succession, retention, talent and career development.
- Develop and drive initiatives to enhance Sirius culture that align with the values and purpose of the company
- Lead, monitor and review the performance management system ensuring that appropriate plans are in place for managing succession, retention, talent and career development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and provide ongoing guidance to the business regarding changes within the legislative landscape.
- Continue to develop and evolve HR systems, processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
- Oversee effective payroll systems and processes
- Manage the remuneration structure, salary reviews, and the promotion cycle
- Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement
- Manage complex workplace people issues such as performance and conduct matters, and grievances.
- Conduct investigations and recommend disciplinary outcomes as required.
- Oversee the company's learning and development program of works alongside the L&D Specialist.
- Work with supervisors/managers to identify training solutions.
- Develop, maintain and embed policies and procedures.
- Lead change management initiatives including organizational design, change planning, implementation, and communications.

**Reporting Lines**

The Head of HR reports to the HR Director and has the following direct reports:

**About you**

You are an experienced Human Resources professional who brings expert knowledge of generalist human resources policies and practices, with significant capability in business partnering.

You have a record of strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement capability, and you are keen to drive innovation through initiatives, projects & hands on implementation, to ensure the ongoing growth and success of the firm.

You possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and have demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and organizational capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in human resource management or related discipline
- Track record of successfully executing business strategy
- Ability to engage and influence people and work as a part of a collaborative team to achieve operational/strategic goals
- Solutions focused approach, proactive, adaptable, and agile to quickly match solutions to business needs
- Ability to build rapport, earn trust and credibility, and keep confidences
- Passionate about making change and disrupting the status quo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- 7+ years HR experience
- Excellent command of English and Thai
- Understanding of software technology and fintech industry
- Experience in a start-up or fast-growth environment
