As we are growing and expanding, we are looking to hire HR Manager to join our team in Thailand Office.

**Responsibilities**:
Developing and managing staffing processes including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and new employee orientation.

Responsible for maintaining confidential information and accurate record keeping and storage of employee information and HR data.

Demonstrate high integrity and sound work ethics especially in maintaining confidentiality.

Having a weekly call with Head of HR on the overall organization issues pertaining to employees.

Understanding and sticking to policies of the company and knowing how to explain them to the employees

Abiding by Hiring Procedures and SOP’s of the HR department

Tracking employee’s benefit claims and keeping the data up to date

**Daily Task will look like as below**:
Update and maintain global and sales employees' lists and employee information on BambooHR.

Ensure accuracy in the HR portal system (BambooHR) and assist with reimbursement claims for employee benefits, providing monthly updates to the Head of HR on claims while ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management or the Head of HR.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in the similar role.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR.
