Developing marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to meet project or company objectives
- Monitoring competitors’ product, services, and activities in order to identify opportunities for the competitiveness marketing plans
- Analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics, then making adjustments as needed
- Reviewing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities and make adjustments to improve performance
- Coordinating with sales team to develop the competence of market target and promotion to improve performance
- Managing the company’s advertising budget by creating media plans, negotiating rates with suppliers, and selecting appropriate media channels
- Developing budgets for marketing campaigns and recommending spending levels to management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing field
- Solid understanding of real estate marketing, including product development, market research, advertising, and public relations
- Strong knowledge and robust background in real estate business is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and digital skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driving your own car with Driving License

**Benefits**
- Salary Range: 35,000-50,000 depend on skill and experience
- Work location: base on Yannawa ( Ramintra, Bang Na on meeting)
- Working days/hours: 5 Days/weeks flexible
- Other allowances/benefits: Health Insurance, Outing, Social Security Fund
- Commission (if any)
- Bonus Schemes: performance bonus
