**Digital Marketing Executive**

Digital Alchemy, a global marketing automation services provider, provides marketing services and technical support to local and global organizations. **Role & Responsibilities**:

- Drive execution of marketing experiments across channels to increase traffic, optimize conversion, and achieve revenue target
- Execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media campaigns, content marketing, paid ads, and use metrics-driven measurements to deliver the best outcome, optimize for ROI and budget in each marketing channel
- Run marketing campaigns and other performance initiatives end-to-end: develop campaign strategy, drive execution of the campaign through to completion, track results and communicate the findings to relevant teams
- Analyse data to monitor budget, revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
- Coordinate with graphic designers and related teams for marketing collaterals e.g. videos, infographics, etc.
- Prepare reports on marketing campaigns to communicate performance on an ongoing basis to the Group CEO.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal departments to ensure the plan goes smoothly through to effective delivery

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or related fields
- Prior relevant experience of 1-3 years in driving performance and marketing efforts in a B2C, hospitality, or startup environment
- Excellent communication skills in English - written, verbal and presentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
