**We’re looking for a talented, resourceful, and energetic individual who has strong experience in Digital Marketing and social media. You will be in charge of the marketing operations which includes planning, marketing support, and production. Ultimately, you will help grow our brand’s influence and user experience while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.**
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Write and edit content across various digital platforms and blog posts required by Marketing Executive**:

- **Assist in Planning, executing, and managing sales campaigns and activities, events, promotions, and advertisements**:

- **Compiles, analyses, and reports revenue/trend data such as food & beverage concepts, or campaigns.**:

- **Provides support and maintains client relationships.**:

- **Working under the Marketing Executive and coordinating with the operation division to achieve the company's goals and objectives.**:

- **Think creatively and objectively when implementing and monitoring a marketing campaign.**:

- **Handle and resolve feedback, complaints, or conflicts**:

- **Perform competitor monitoring to be aware of market trends /services/products**:

- **Tracking and weekly reporting of inbound leads inquiries through digital channels**:

- **Provide monthly reports for management review**:

- **Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company**:

**Qualifications**
- **Strong awareness of ethics in the workplace**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant field**:

- **At least 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience or fresh graduates are welcome**

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong knowledge of website analytics tools, web technology, and digital campaigns**:

- **Full understanding of all social media platforms such as WeChat business Ads, Instagram, Facebook, etc.**:

- **Able to create, edit, and promote content.**:

- **Good communication in English & excellent in interpersonal skills**:

- **The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.**:

- **Technical skills such as AI, PS and etc.**:
