Digital Marketing Account Manager

Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you will grow your account management team, assist and support them, and collaborate with clients and the team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, website build and other projects. Your creativity and teamwork will contribute to successful project outcomes across various industries.

**Your Key responsibilities**:
Client Side
- Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our larger clients
- Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust 
- Join the GM in client meetings around Thailand.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to current clients.

Internally
- Set up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff
- Provide feedback and counsel to account staff to meet quotas/objectives
- Plan activities for account management in the company
- Plan activities, and follow up on projects with the team.
- Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics
- Read reports of subordinates and communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders

**We are looking for**:

- Thai National (Bilingual) or foreigner able to work in an international environment.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships
- You are full of ambition and want to contribute to success and growth.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
- Working knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
- Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g. Hubspot)
- Ability to lead, grow and support the account management team.
