We are a growing agency and SAAS development company under the BOI in need of an digital project manager who can connect with our customer base in multiple industries like hotel & hospitality, B2B & E-commerce. In this role, you'll be responsible for collaborating with our existing clients/projects.

Our clients consist of local brands & major well known international brands in entertainment, hotel & hospitality, e-commerce & B2B industry.

What can you expect?

Together with the team & your clients, you will also contribute to the development and implementation of new a new CRM, help change company process and implement and manag marketing campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- You will be responsible for the follow up with clients and the assigned teams to make sure the projects are on track. Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- CRM integration, onboarding and training.
- Monitor our inbound Marketing strategy in collaboration with the team
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- In collaboration with the team, work out strategies for new leads or prospects.
- Based on the strategies, create engaging proposals for new prospects.
- Follow through with our sales cycle, follow up on pending leads.

**Your profile**:

- Thai National - Bilingual - Foreigners under BOI ( Thai - Eng)
- For foreigners, 5 years of experience is required for the smart Visa.
- For Thai possess at least 3 years of work experience
- Experience in Project management | Digital marketing or CRM systems is a plus.
- You want to work for a start-up, and grow quickly with the company.
- You are full of ambition and want to contribute to for success
- Able to work in an international team
- Degree in of the following fields is a plus (Business, marketing, communication, sales, project management)
- You really want to know everything about digital marketing project management
- You are sharp, analytical and creative at the same time and able to work out your creativity in result-oriented ideas
- You are fresh, flexible and customer-oriented.

You are not expected to know everything about digital marketing and advertising & CRM platforms. What is important is your curiosity and motivation to learn and work in this field. So less experienced individuals will be considered if they can Learn & work Fast.

- Previous experience in Digital Marketing agency
- Google Ads & Analytics knowledge
- Facebook ads and/or page knowledge
