Job Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Contract Signing of Streamers: Responsible for identifying and selecting quality streamers that align with the platform's positioning and development needs, assisting in completing the contract signing process to ensure smooth cooperation between both parties.
- Live Streaming Management and Engagement: During live streaming, oversee the overall management and atmosphere creation of the streaming room, guide the streamer's pace, and interact with viewers to enhance the liveliness and viewer participation in the streaming room.
- Cross-department Resource Coordination: Maintain close communication with departments such as streamers, customer service, and technology during live streaming to ensure efficient utilization of resources and smooth progress of the streaming.
- Streamer Relationship Maintenance: Provide comprehensive work support to streamers, including answering daily questions, emotional support, career planning, etc., to ensure that streamers can develop steadily and continuously on the platform.
- Activity Planning and Execution: Plan and execute various live streaming activities based on platform strategies and streamer characteristics to increase platform exposure and user engagement, while bringing more traffic and income to streamers.

Job Requirements:

- Industry Understanding and Insight: Have a deep understanding and unique insight into the live streaming industry, familiar with the operational rules and strategies of major live streaming platforms, and able to quickly adjust operational strategies based on market changes.
- Data Analysis Abilities: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, with basic data analysis skills, able to provide decision support for live streaming operations through data analysis.
- Communication and Planning Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and initiative, able to formulate personalized operational plans based on the characteristics and needs of streamers, and establish good cooperation relationships with all parties.
- Industry Resources Preferred: Having resources in streamers, guilds, MCN agencies, etc., is preferred, as these resources will provide strong support for your work in live streaming operations.
- Teamwork Spirit and Learning Abilities: Have good teamwork spirit and independent learning abilities, able to collaborate with team members to solve problems, and willing to share knowledge and experience.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese, English, and Thai, with Thai-Chinese background preferred, as this will help you better communicate and interact with streamers and viewers in the Thai market.

Pay: ฿25,000.00 - ฿50,000.00 per month
