The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. - Co-lead Key Opinion Leader (KOL) livestreaming local operations and strategy to acquire, groom, and retain Key Opinion Leader (KOL) within the Shopee Live ecosystem
- Use analytical data to determine the most efficient incentive schemes, reward systems, and campaigns for freelancer Key Opinion Leader (KOL) to drive viewership, engagement, order, and gross merchandise values
- Design and monetize Key Opinion Leader (KOL) packages to leverage on brand’s support and promote seller adoption to live streaming
- Record and analyze Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Livestream performance and tabulate results with actionable next steps
- Manage budgeting and finances for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Live Streaming to achieve cost-efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing
- At least 3 years experience in working in the Marketing field
- Having a good network with Influencers / Key Opinion Leader (KOL) / Groups / Talents / Club is a plus
- Careful, detail-oriented
- Good at communications, open-minded, willing to learn, proactive, diligent, responsible, hard-working.
- Be familiar with e-commerce, Livestreams especially with Shopee
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment under tight deadlines.
