**Job Detail**:

- Assistant Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking N2) (30K-50K) (SDG-95282)
- ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น N2)- ‐ Contact new customers and coordinate with customers about products.
- ‐ Prepare quotation documents and follow up.
- ‐ Create a preliminary BOM of the production process when a new product is born.
- ‐ Meeting in the New Project event and follow up on the results of each event until the SOP.
- ‐ Receive complaints and coordinate with customer complaints, including Customer satisfaction
- ‐ Conducting inspections and reviewing the feasibility of new products.
- ‐ Go to meet customers on an agenda or customers' request
- ‐ Welcoming customers when they visit or audit the factory.
- ‐ Welcoming foreign customers/suppliers who enter in various cases- Calculate production cost, and analysis of the profit-loss of the company

‐ Comply with the quality documentation system and environment strictly ISO9001. ATF 16949. VDA6 3 ISO14001
- ‐ Strictly comply with the rules, regulations, announcements and policies of the company- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 27 - 40 years old- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related fields

‐ At least 3 years' experience as Sales Manager dealing with manufacturing especially automotive OEM
- ‐ Have customer relationship management skill.- Japanese skill with JLPT N2
- Conversational High level of English-
- Have knowledge and ability to understand Car Dashboard Spec as per customer requirement.
- Experience in automotive, home appliance or electronic field

- ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น N2) (30K-50K) (SDG-95282)- ‐ ติดต่อลูกค้าใหม่และประสานงานกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์
- ‐ จัดทำเอกสารใบเสนอราคาและติดตามผล
- ‐ สร้าง BOM เบื้องต้นของกระบวนการผลิตเมื่อเกิดผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- ‐ ประชุมในงาน New Project และติดตามผลของแต่ละงานจนถึง SOP
- ‐ รับข้อร้องเรียนและประสานงานกับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า รวมถึงความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- ‐ ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและทบทวนความเป็นไปได้ของผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- ‐ ไปพบลูกค้าตามวาระหรือคำขอของลูกค้า
- ‐ ต้อนรับลูกค้าเมื่อมาเยี่ยมชมหรือตรวจสอบโรงงาน
- ‐ ต้อนรับลูกค้า/ซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศที่เข้ามาในกรณีต่างๆ- คำนวณต้นทุนการผลิตและวิเคราะห์กำไร-ขาดทุนของบริษัท

‐ ปฏิบัติตามระบบเอกสารคุณภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO9001. ATF 16949. VDA6 3 ISO14001 อย่างเคร่งครัด
- ‐ ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ ประกาศ และนโยบายของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 27 - 40 ปี- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

‐ มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตโดยเฉพาะ OEM ยานยนต์
- ‐ มีทักษะการบริหารลูกค้าสัมพันธ์- ทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่น JLPT N2
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง
- ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ใน Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, อินเทอร์เน็ตและอ
