**Position**: Sales Capability Manager (ผู้จัดการพัฒนาศักยภาพฝ่ายขาย)
**Salary**: 65K-80K

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead country sales training initiatives in cooperation with the Sales Director, Branch Manager, Sales Manager and HR / L&D team. This includes identification of training needs and designing relevant modules, activities, and tools to ensure a consistent and professional approach across with the aim of increasing standards of sales performance
- Work closely with Sales managers, Branch Manager, Branch Operations Manager to improve their ability to coach sales people in the field and their ability to manage performance in their area of responsibility
- Project Management and delivery of country specific sales activities to ensure consistency & continuous improvement of sales performance standards. This includes, but not limited to, to following: Sales Induction Program, Basic Technical Course for Sales People, Development Workshops, etc.
- Management of training information, Developing and Monitoring in Sales Force KPIs. This information is then collated & analyzed to provide status report to the country leadership team
- To “raise the standard” of training by constantly monitoring new trends and ‘ways of working’, including updating of training courses, making them relevant to country requirements. Any changes should be in line with the agreed global / regional / country strategic thrusts and business needs
- Work closely with the Regional HR / L&D team to ensure complete understanding and implementation of Rentokil Initial Strategy and regional training thrusts
- Work closely with the local HR team in the recruitment process as needed. This is to ensure that the calibre of sales people joining the sales team is consistently high and that new recruits possess the appropriate competencies at the right levels. This includes the recruitment of Sales consultant and Sales Manager
- To lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales trainers where applicable
- Strategy into Action
- Active participation & contribution to business strategy development & deployment and in measuring the progress of these strategies
- Ensure, assess and maintain the implementation of strategic initiatives (Basic selling steps with selling tools and selling skills, Sales leadership development centers, Tendering and large contract, etc.)
- Monitors sales team progress against these initiatives and provides feedback to the business / leadership team as and when required. Officially report sales progress status periodically to the Regional Sales Director
- Link Sales strategy to Marketing initiatives to ensure that there is a common agenda for the country
- Constantly review status of sales operations and ways of working to constructively provide feedback to the leadership team
- Other tasks assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Any Genders
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Entomology, Pest Management, Agriculture, Chemistry, Economy, Communication Arts, Public Relations, General Management and/or any related fields
- Good command of English in spoken and written
- Minimum 10 years experience in related field (Sales Training, Business Development, etc.)
- Experienced in service industry in the consumer or B2B business environment in a Multi-National Company Familiar in Service Industries either Pest Control, Hygiene or General Services
- Projects / Processes initiatives showing in People Development, Sales Capabilities Building, Sales Driven, Quality Management Representatives, ISO Requirements for further Improvement and Development
- Competent User of Microsoft Office software packages especially PowerPoint; and another training tools
