Frontline Capability Development Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Main Purpose**
Convert Thailand Foods Sales Capability strategies into action, partnering with Frontline team to ensure that all sales capabilities agendas that have been aligned with sales cap manager to be executed in market, through Training
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Sales Frontline team to embed sales cap initiatives into daily execution
- Distributor and Salesman analysis before working in field to share capability best practice and capability improvement
- In-field coaching for weak routes & find root causes
- Giving sales talk input to design LES and share standard ways of working through ATU
- Drive Sales Onboarding program for new DCRs
- Find ways to improve and standardize EDGE WW / LES / Gate Meeting
- Drive in-field training for frontlines sales (AS&D)/ merchandizers (WS)
- Analyse sales performance data and help give suggestion to build initiatives for improvement (pre-post for input KPI/output KPI)
- Coordinate with GBS & GTM team for effective capability reports to support business requirements
- Responsible for timely and effective LES report / EDGE WW report / QCR Report
- Monitor and work closely with GBS to operate PSLP and drive online learning with frontlines to improve ways of working
- Work closely with GTM and GBS for new joiners and resigned salesman data to create structured data report
- Support Sales Capabulity Manager to roll out training as planned focusing TT and tracking training dashboard for all channels
Qualifications:
**Qualification**
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales area in TT channel, FMCG industry preferable
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Strong knowledge of Route sales operations
- Experienced in capability building / training is a plus
- Good presentation competency
- Strong analytical thinking with Advanced Level in Excel
- Capable of IT and system
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to travel upcountry 9-12 days in a month
- Collaborate with other functions & key stakeholders
- Passionate to learn new things with team
