Key Responsibilities
- Be able to understand company’s business processes/ standard and carry out with the

assigned tasks from management.
- Sell, present, and enhance market capabilities for Hitachi Asia (Thailand), ICT Solutions i.e.

Business system/Application, Software/IT Platforms, System Integration service,

Helpdesk/Maintenance support, etc.
- Approach both prospect customers and key customers as well as expand the market

opportunities for company.
- Understand the customers’ business requirement, concerned issues in order to develop and

sustain customer-oriented practice.
- Establish professional and good relationships with key personnel of the targeted customers.
- Achieve target of order/sales/GP amount.
- Understand, control and manage both internal and external selling/business processes

compliance.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales consultants, ICT consulting, executives and vendors/partners.
- Collection of payments is included in the responsibility.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrator or Information Technology or any related fields.
- Language business level of Thai and English
- At least 3 years of working experience for ICT business especially at global IT companies
- Previous experience in Account Management for Manufacturing business.
- Strong Account Management, Relationship building skill and Good mindset.
