Learning and Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify training and development needs by conducting needs assessments, analyzing performance data, and gathering feedback from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver a variety of learning programs, including orientation sessions, leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills development, and compliance training.
- Utilize various instructional design methods and technologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and instructor-led training.
- Manage and evaluate external training vendors, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of external training programs.
- Establish and maintain a learning management system (LMS) to track and document employee training progress and completion.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and performance data analysis, making recommendations for improvement and future development.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies, incorporating relevant insights into learning and development initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging self-directed learning, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement in learning activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, education, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in learning and development, instructional design, or a related role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
- Experience in designing and delivering a variety of learning formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, and blended learning approaches.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
