**Job Description**:
We are seeking for an excellent Learning & Development (L&D) Manager/Lead to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others.

This individual works as a team member in determining business unit / departmental needs and serves as a resource for the associates and management Team. Provides training and coaching for the further development of commercial associates and manager. Must work well with a variety of individuals and be able to resolve issues professionally

**Major Accountabilities**:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level business leaders and key stakeholders to enable business goals and outcomes by accelerating the development of critical capabilities needed to drive business success
- Identify learning needs within assigned business units. Develops professional, collaborative relationships with business unit leaders
- Develop and implement a learning curriculum that is consistent with current trends and best practices.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and market leaders to build effective leaders and people managers and develop young talent pool for employee
- Special assignments from company, if necessary
